"They've ripped the soul out of it. Back to an oversensitive no brake feeling car. Even though they had too much downforce, at least they had a car that was fun to drive for more than 30 minutes without rage quitting.
The previous F3 version with the right setup was fun to drive, because it felt natural. Yes it was a bit too quick, but there was a feeling with that car which iRacing was always missing so desperately compared to sims like rFactor, Automobilista and nowadays rFactor 2. So even if it's not perfectly accurate in corner speeds, it was still a lot more realistic to drive than it is now. After yesterday they've made it a typical iRacing car where the car is hypersensitive to tyre temps, while the Hankook is a tyre where you can push the sh*t out of for 8 laps in a row and slide around without losing grip. Now we need to drive rounded unrealistic GT style brake curves again, because else the car can't handle the weight transfer and locks up.
So if we talk about realism, is it more important to have a shitty fake drivability with correct laptimes or a bit too quick car with a realistic (and thus fun) drivability."

"I have a contrasted view, I drove before and after update, before I thought yes the braking was good, but that was about it, the rest was really not anything special, I found that after the update the braking for sure has become much worse, touch and locks up, but in terms of driving I thought It was better, much easier to control in mid/high speed corners etc. So I much prefer the car after the update... BUT... the braking is one of the biggest things, that not only needs to be improved on this car but all cars on iracing. Sorry to all who hated after update lol"

- Adjustments have been made to the V7 Tires.
- - Tolerance to driving at very high slip angles has been reduced.
- - Tire warmers have been added to bring the tires up to the same temperature that would be built during a formation lap or a full pace lap.
- - Minimum tire pressures (set via the garage) have been increased.
